PC6 Waterborne Polyurethane Finish

Designed for occupied space, Precision Coatings PC6 is a high performance pre-reacted, durable, single component waterborne polyurethane available in metallic, iridescent and solid colors. PC6 Waterborne Polyurethane Finish is very low odor and less than 50 grams per liter VOC in both solid and metallic colors.

PC6 has been formulated for both interior and exterior application.  PC6 provides excellent color and gloss retention in an easy to apply single component waterborne polyurethane performance coating. PC6 is available in gloss, semi-gloss, satin, egg-shell and matte/flat sheens. PC6 has the performance of a two-component polyurethane yet contains no reactive isocyanate.  PC6 has good scrub and abrasion resistance so it can be easily cleaned.  PC6 waterborne pre-reacted polyurethane is LEED compliant.

PC6 Clear is a very low VOC durable waterborne clear coating that can be applied over other PC6 products to add additional durability and depth of image. Its’ very low odor makes it an idea candidate for interior occupied spaces.

PC6 Clear Sparkle Coat has been specifically formulated to add a unique sparkle and pop to design elements when a “metallic shimmering look” is desired where lighter colors such as whites or near whites are being used. PC6 Clear Sparkle Coat is less than 50 grams per liter VOC and available across the full spectrum of sheens including gloss, semi-gloss, satin, eggshell and matte/flat.

PC6 Solid and Metallic Tint Base Systems consist of a three-base solid color tint system and a three-base metallic tint system. Each of the tint systems are available in all standard Precision Coatings sheens including gloss, semi-gloss, satin, eggshell, and matte/flat and are based on Chromaflo’s 896 waterborne colorants. Other private label colorant systems have also been found to be compatible with the PC3 tint system. Tinting formulas for Precision’s top eleven metallic colors are available upon request.
