Our History
Precision Coatings Inc has been manufacturing high-quality fine finishes since 1959. Our roots are in the automotive refinish and fleet coatings market, and we continue to service a diverse group of customers today. Our commitment to quality, performance, and VOC compliant formulas now includes the commercial architectural market and the OEM fabrication markets.
Our Innovations
We continue to lead the way in introducing performance coatings for use in occupied spaces that are application friendly and environmentally compliant. Our most innovative products include:
DTM 1600 Waterborne Bonding Primer - a single part corrosion resistant, low odor, waterborne polyurethane bonding primer.
PC5 Polysiloxane - a very durable, high-quality polysiloxane finish that offers superior flexibility, gloss retention and color retention.
PC6 Waterborne Polyurethane - a high performance pre-reacted, durable, single component waterborne polyurethane.
SlipShield Slip Resistant Floor Coating - a two-part slip-resistant floor coating that can be applied to interior and exterior surfaces to attain acceptable slip resistance in both dry and wet environments.
Precision Coatings Inc also offers a significant color offering including metallics, pearls and solid colors in a broad range of sheens including, matte, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss, and gloss. Our products include high-grade acrylic aliphatic polyurethanes, single component waterborne polyurethanes, polysiloxane-epoxy finishes and corrosion resistant modified epoxy primers.
