DTM 1300 High Build Primer
DTM 1300 High Build Primer is a two-part, high build, surface tolerant modified epoxy zinc-phosphate primer. It can be sanded to achieve a smooth surface to be top coated with Precision Coatings PC3 acrylic aliphatic polyurethane or PC5 siloxane for a fine finish. Formulated with low VOC’s and ultra-violet resistant so it can be used under metallic and iridescent finish coats that are translucent.

Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil, grease, dirt, salt deposits or other contamination and properly abraded
Application
Apply using 40-55 PSI at the gun for siphon and gravity feed spray guns, 10 PSI maximum for HVLP spray guns.
May be brushed or rolled for field service applications. Use a natural bristle brush or 1⁄4 inch to 3⁄4 inch nap, phenolic core roller.
Recommended film thickness is 2.0 to 6.0 mils DFT.

Clean Up
Clean all spray equipment immediately after use. Acetone may be used to clean application equipment.
