Additional Information

Surface Preparation

The degree of adhesion and level of performance of atmospheric coatings is dependent on the degree of surface preparation.

A properly prepared surface for coating must be sound and cohesively strong, clean and free of loose particles and contaminants, dry and exhibit a surface anchor profile for adhesion of performance coatings.

See Technical Data Sheet for full instructions.

Application

Apply using 40-55 PSI at the gun for siphon and gravity feed spray guns, 10 PSI maximum for HVLP spray guns.

Recommended film thickness is
1.5 to 3.0 mils DFT.

See Technical Data Sheet for complete instructions.

Clean Up

Clean all spray equipment immediately after use. Acetone may be used to clean spray equipment.

See Technical Data sheet for full instructions.
