TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped freight prepay and add F.O.B. Joplin, MO unless alternate arrangements are made at the time the order is placed. Precision Coatings will use its best efforts to meet estimated delivery days, but in no event shall Precision Coatings be liable to BUYER for any damages claimed resulting from any delay in delivery of goods. In the event the Precision Coatings stock items are placed on back order, the back-ordered products will be shipped freight prepay and add as based upon the original order.
SHORTAGES AND DAMAGED GOODS
All goods and products are sent to our delivery carriers in good condition and are verified by them. Thus, it must be assumed that any shortages or damages done to the shipment occurred in transit and is the responsibility of the carrier. Submission of claims to freight lines is the responsibility of the shipper. Shortages or damages to goods and products upon receipt must be reported in writing to Precision Coatings within 10 days of delivery and include a copy of the delivery receipt showing the consignee signed for the shortage/damaged. A delivery receipt signed by the consignee is proof that all goods and products, less any noted shortages/damages, were received in good condition.
PAYMENT TERMS
Net 30 days from invoice date.
RETURN OF GOODS POLICY
Return of goods will not be accepted unless a Returned Good Authorization (RGA) form and RGA Number has been obtained from Precision Coatings. Returned goods will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. No credit will be granted for custom colors, out of date, shopworn, discontinued or damaged material. Authorized returned goods shall be shipped freight prepaid by the BUYER.
WARRANTY
Precision Coatings standard published WARRANTY in effect at the time of shipment of the goods shall apply. This WARRANTY is exclusive and is the only WARRANTY made by Precision Coatings in respect to the goods sold under this agreement. Any recommendation of Precision Coatings contained herein, covering the use, chemical or physical properties and other qualities of the product sold is believed reliable; however, Precision Coatings makes no guarantee of representation with respect thereto. Use or application of any Precision Coatings products is at the discretion of the BUYER without liability or obligation whatsoever of Precision Coatings.
